Job Purpose
The Consumer & Market Insight Manager (CMI) for UFS DACH & Future Growth Opportunities EU Lead is a hybrid role that provides multi-stakeholder insights to drive growth in DACH and supports the marketing team on future opportunities. The role involves leading insights and operator-centric programs via Digital, AI, and traditional research, translating insights into business actions and leveraging digital data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Partner with DACH marketing and EU Innovation & Portfolio teams to unlock growth and transform the portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end research process, from defining the business question to securing impactful results.
  • Serve as the main contact for consumer, customer, and omni-channel insights, utilizing digital data and developing new tools.
  • Participate in local leadership and EU teams to shape strategies, share best practices, and innovate.
  • Design and lead the digital, analytics, and growth transformation agenda, including developing AI solutions and managing the digital e-panel.
Experiences & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in consumer, market research, or analytics roles with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • 3+ years leading digital and social-first research, analytics, and data-driven roles, with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Experience in B2B research, digital marketing, and e-commerce research is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern innovation practices (Agile, Lean, Growth hacking) and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Dataiku, or similar tools; ability to analyze raw data.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice-to-have skills include innovation, communication, sales, B2B marketing, research, optimization, leadership, management, growth hacking, market research, digital marketing, and Power BI expertise.

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Work experience in analytics, marketing project management, or IT consulting is relevant.

Languages: English required.
