Sales Enablement Specialist (m / w / d)

We, EOS – a world market leader in industrial 3D printing, are seeking your support for our Global Sales Excellence team in Krailling (remote/hybrid working possible).

You will be globally responsible for EOS Sales Enablement Programs, providing our sales staff with effective tools and resources, training them in a consistent sales process, and contributing to the company's success and growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for new and existing sales employees.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop tailored training concepts.
• Introduce new training methods, select trainers or online formats, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Develop training content in collaboration with product development, service, and marketing teams.
• Ensure access to up-to-date sales resources and implement content management tools.
• Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and analyze trends for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in economics, engineering, social sciences, or similar
• Several years of experience in sales, service, or personnel development in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of training methods (face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning)
• Technology affinity and understanding of additive manufacturing are advantageous
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
