Role: Analyst – Requirements Engineering / Concept Development (f/m/d)

• Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel (~10%) to Nuremberg or client sites
• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements using established methodologies
• Identify dependencies and create domain and data models
• Ensure the quality of requirement specifications
• Conduct impact analyses for change requests
• Support the implementation phase and monitor development processes
• Coordinate closely with project management on planning and execution

Required Skills & Tool

• Business process modeling (e.g., EPK, BPMN)
• Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA)
• Technical modeling with UML (2.x), ERM, SERM
• Experience using modeling tools (preferably Innovator)
• Understanding of usability principles

Nice-to-Have:

• Domain-Specific Languages (DSL)
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, ARS Remedy
• Experience in QA for functional specs, acceptance criteria, test procedures
• Background in requirements management and agile methods (e.g., Product Owner)
• Knowledge of software engineering and knowledge management

• Team Size: Small consulting unit
• Reports To: Project Lead
• Collaborates With: Internal consultants, PMs, and external stakeholders
