Join to apply for the Implementation Specialist role at Nordhealth

Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empowers veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in clinics and hospitals across 30+ countries. We excel with 20+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.

We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all 400+ employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)

About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We’re hiring a driven and team-oriented Implementation Specialist for the

German speaking markets to participate in new exciting customer projects!

This is a permanent and full time position with long-term growth

Reporting directly to the Implementation Manager, your main goal is to take

care of the onboarding process of new customers from start to finish. But

more importantly as the German market is new to Nordhealth, this role will

also have a large part in creating and translating processes for the German

market.

In this role, you will train and consult with our veterinary customers on the

optimal use of our highly customizable software (this includes remote and in-

person training), mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland but also

international customers.

For this role, we will only consider German speakers with a high level of

English skills, as Nordhealth operates in English internally.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver online and onsite training to veterinary professionals.
  • Developing and optimizing workflows and processes, tailored for the German-speaking markets.
  • You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and customize the software to the veterinary customer’s needs.
  • Work closely with different members of clinics to advise on best practice Provet Cloud workflows.
  • Translating and producing German templates and forms. Fluency in written and spoken German is required, along with strong English communication skills (legal-level English is not required).

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained experience from working in the veterinary industry. Maybe as a Veterinary technician or as a Veterinarian. Experience in IT system implementation or process optimization is a plus, but not required. Our Implementers are high-level workflow experts who advise on how to make the clinical environment more efficient and create a better work-life balance for our veterinary professionals. Implementers manage multiple projects simultaneously and grow to become project management specialists.

In addition, our humble wish list includes that you:

  • Have excellent customer service mentality
  • Are a great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Bring a technical mindset and competence, with a passion for training others
  • Are able explain technical matters to non-technical people
  • Are a great problem solver
  • Are willing to occasionally work in different time zones as well as travel internationally
  • This position requires regular travel within German speaking countries in order to deliver client projects, visiting locations to carry out end-user training and engagement. The amount of travel will vary and be dependent on the clinics, but you can expect 2-4 days a month.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driving license to be considered for this role.

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment.

In addition, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare
  • Learning and professional growth opportunities
  • The opportunity to work with talented colleagues from around the world
  • A competitive salary, tailored to your level of experience. For this position, the higher end of our range would be around 55,000 Euros gross/year.
  • Flexible working hours, allowing you to structure your workday in a way that suits you best.
  • 100% remote work with occasional in-person team meetups (approximately 2-4 times per year)

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
