Your Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Recording and maintaining customer data in the CRM system

• Processing complaints and claims with a solution-oriented approach

• Supporting order processing and tracking

• Collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Accounting

• Preparing reports and analyses related to customer service

• Maintaining constant communication with our parent company in England and our production site in Romania to ensure smooth cooperation

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in customer service or a similar role

• Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus

• Experience with SAP Business One is desirable but not mandatory

• Customer-oriented thinking and actions

• Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, and a structured approach to work

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
