Programme Advisors are responsible for promoting Gisma’s programme portfolio to potential students via phone, e-mail, and online meetings, forming a vital and integral part of the sales team. The role involves managing the student pipeline from initial application to payment of tuition fees and supporting international students throughout the application process.
You will work with minimal supervision, leading and managing the consultative sales process within established parameters and procedures. A thorough understanding of relevant systems, Gisma products, and the working environment is required. Role holders will strive to meet targets and organize their work to achieve clear objectives.
Independence and initiative are necessary to adapt to changing priorities and work circumstances, with decision-making within clear parameters and active contribution to process improvements.
