Position Overview

We are seeking multiple mobile Objektleiter to oversee regions in the Norden, Osten, Süden, or Westen. This role involves primarily mobile work, starting daily from your home location. A service vehicle and all necessary equipment will be provided. There is also flexibility to perform part of your work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of facilities, including organization of maintenance and repair work in technical and infrastructural areas
• Ensure performance and contractual obligations are met
• Lead and develop team members
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners regarding building services
• Apply both commercial and technical skills
• Plan and execute maintenance and repair activities
• Organize project workflows
• Utilize mobile working options for flexibility

Candidate Profile

• Technical qualification with additional certification as a technician/master or an engineering degree
• Several years of experience in technical building management or facility management
• Experience in leading and motivating staff
• Proficiency in MS Office; additional qualifications like VDI 6022, 6023 are advantageous
• Customer-oriented and independent work style
• Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel within the region
