The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Marketing Analytics - Solutions team, responsible for building the data foundation, tooling, and reporting to facilitate data-driven and efficient commercial decision-making. This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in steering the commercial business and ensuring that a triple-digit yearly budget is invested to support our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Marketing Analytics collaborates closely with commercial, marketing, product, and engineering teams across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What We’d Love You to Do (and Love Doing)

  1. Drive the creation of automated self-service reporting solutions that enable Marketing Analytics and stakeholders to conduct efficient reporting and make informed decisions.
  2. Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency, including quality assurance and supporting the integration of new data sources.
  3. Contribute to developing and implementing measurement products to assess the effectiveness of marketing investments and enable improved decision-making.
  4. Analyze various data sources (e.g., DWH, GA), focusing on connecting marketing investments to their impacts.
  5. Hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  6. Have 3+ years of relevant analytical experience, preferably with a marketing context.
  7. Possess advanced skills in visualization and dashboard building (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Google Data Studio) with a strong stakeholder focus.
  8. Understand marketing attribution or tracking schemas and have experience with related tools (e.g., GA, Adjust).
  9. Have significant experience with SQL and aim to automate processes using Python, R, Google Apps Script, or similar.
  10. Be capable of gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources to facilitate insights.
  11. Be self-driven, results-oriented, independent, responsible, and possess excellent communication skills to manage projects across teams.
  12. Be fluent in spoken and written English.
