Summary

We are looking for an “IT Enterprise Architect (f/m/d)” for the HFIB IM Business Management division in Ulm as soon as possible.

As an IT Enterprise Architect, you will be in contact with colleagues in business and IT and take the leading role in the development of a holistic and multidimensional view of corporate structure, business processes, data flows, applications and technological platforms. In this way, we set the course for optimally positioning our business for tomorrow and providing it with the most suitable IT solutions. You will be enthusiastic about structuring the different requirements from our business areas, creating synergies from the individual business capabilities and thus supporting the strategic orientation of IT. In addition, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our LeanIX application, work closely with our Lead Enterprise Architect and support the teams in transformation programs with regard to target architectures and roadmaps.

Your Tasks

• Continuous incremental development and optimization of the architecture development process / the individual Architecture Development Method (ADM) phases

• Support in the development of long-term IT strategies that are in line with the company's overarching objectives. In addition to helping to define the architecture principles, this also includes analyzing the current IT landscape and creating a roadmap for technological progress

• Ensuring that IT projects and systems effectively support business objectives

• Company-wide view of business units (HENSOLDT Business), their processes and business capabilities as well as the application landscape

• Professional requirements management and development of detailed concepts that support the company's business capabilities

• Participation in and support of holistic IT architecture management, e.g. by planning target architectures and roadmapping

• Defining and communicating policies for using the architecture tool (LeanIX) and checking compliance with them

• Responsibility for the IT architecture process in projects relating to the application landscape

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business informatics or comparable

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (Business Architecture, Information System Architecture and Infrastructure Architecture) or comparable experience

• Several years of experience in IT change management and ITIL are an advantage

• Sound knowledge of TOGAF desirable

• Knowledge of LeanIX, Signavio and ServiceNow is an advantage

• Knowledge of design of modern (cloud) architecture styles

• Analytical and conceptual skills

• High level of communication skills and strong assertiveness

• Experience in technical leadership of cross-functional teams desirable

• Business fluent in German and English
