Our Quality Management Team is currently looking for a team player who would actively support us with new ideas in an agile work environment. In our daily work, we focus on delivering state-of-the-art technology to our clients while reviewing and improving our internal quality standards. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Monitoring and Quality Assurance of Welding Work According to relevant standards
• Inspection of welding orders, work plans, and instructions, as well as training and guidance of welding personnel
• Compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality standards
• Coordination and monitoring of warranty claims after contract completion
• Examination and processing of complaints, documentation, and follow-up of warranty cases
• Interface between customers, project management, legal department, and subcontractors
• Conducting defect analyses and assessing responsibility
• Preparation of expert reports, statements, and remedial proposals
• Monitoring of deadlines (statute of limitations, requests for rectification)
• Optimization of warranty management through process improvements

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in engineering, economics; alternatively, completed training as a certified welder or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Certification as a welding supervisor (e.g., according to DIN EN ISO 14731) desirable
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes (e.g., MAG, TIG, MMA), materials science, and relevant standards (DIN EN 1090-2, ISO 3834, ASME, AWS)
• Experience in defect management, damage documentation, and quality assurance
• Good knowledge of construction processes, standards (DIN, EN), and technical standards
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English language skills
• High flexibility and willingness to work on our construction sites within Germany
