Responsibilities

• Design and implement Omnissa Workspace ONE Modern Private Cloud / Sovereign Cloud solutions
• Perform error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd/3rd Level) in global support
• Monitor, maintain, and update customer systems
• Continuously expand your technical expertise

Qualifications

• Structured, team-oriented, and communicative working style
• Completed studies or training in IT
• Solid professional experience in Unified Endpoint Management
• Workspace ONE certification is a plus
• Experience in customer support, especially error analysis and resolution
• Willingness to work onsite and travel
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
