As a member of the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) and Quality team, you will solve complex challenges and contribute to optimizing delivery station operations. You will provide stations with the knowledge and tools needed to improve performance.
Your goal is to identify, design, and deliver process improvement solutions for various customer experience initiatives, aimed at enhancing Amazon’s ability to deliver directly to customers through its network of third-party vendors.

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party distribution. We focus on operations with 24/7 shifts and support both 'under the roof' and 'on the road' teams. Our goal is to make delivery experiences smooth and to innovate with services like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.
Our 'under the roof' team processes millions of products for dispatch, while our 'on the road' team works with Amazon Flex delivery contractors. We continually seek to improve customer experience, reduce our carbon footprint, and incorporate innovative delivery solutions, including electric vehicles.
Preferred qualifications include customer service skills, experience with transportation management systems, and parcel delivery expertise with geographic knowledge. These are not required but are a plus.
This position requires on-site presence, with occasional deviations from regular hours.
