Position Summary

Come join our team! We have a 10-month fixed-term contract vacancy for a maternity leave-cover EMEA Recruiter. This position can be based remotely anywhere in Germany.

We are looking for a dynamic individual responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador, focused on delivering exceptional talent with proactive and timely communication. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to our hiring leaders.

This role will support recruitment projects across all Teleflex EMEA Business Units and HR collaborations, involving direct recruiting activities, job posting, interview management, and candidate negotiations. As the company grows, this role will support growth initiatives and process automation.

  1. Coordinate recruitment processes and work with hiring managers to plan interview schedules.
  2. Create and maintain recruitment data in HR systems.
  3. Maintain candidate databases compliant with EU laws.
  4. Generate reports to track recruitment metrics like cost per hire and time to fill.
  5. Assist managers and employees with recruitment-related inquiries and problem resolution.
  6. Support recruitment efforts, including developing job specs, posting, reviewing applications, interviewing, scheduling, and managing expenses.
  7. Develop staffing strategies and plans for future talent needs.
  8. Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition.
  9. Verify headcount requests and coordinate approvals.
  10. Organize recruitment events with third parties within budget.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • At least three years of results-oriented recruiting experience.
  • Experience in commercial recruitment or the life sciences industry (medical devices preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may suffice.

Specialised Skills / Other Requirements

  • Business-fluent English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-up.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Boolean sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office.
  • Approachable, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
