Job Overview

As a Produktionsingenieur (m/w/d), you will act as a link between technical planning and efficient manufacturing. In an innovative, international environment, you will contribute to the efficient, quality-assured, and future-oriented production of pre-cast concrete tower components (Precast).

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, manufacturing, and assembly of key concrete tower elements
• Develop production systems and processes focusing on efficiency and innovation
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows using Lean methods and statistical tools
• Conduct technical feasibility analyses for new products and processes
• Collaborate across disciplines with technical, quality, and logistics teams
• Plan manufacturing, staffing, and resource allocation
• Monitor production orders and schedules to ensure delivery deadlines
• Continuously improve productivity and quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in production planning, preferably in precast concrete or renewable energy sectors
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment, and production software
• Structured, analytical work style and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of metrology and quality assurance
• Team-oriented, proactive, willing to travel
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
