Are you passionate about helping others grow and thrive? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent & Learning working student starting from April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, ideally longer-term, to join our regional HR EMEA Talent End-to-End team. The region encompasses 21 countries in EMEA with 2 production sites in Casablanca and Malta and larger office sites in Munich, Geneva, Tunis and Prag. The regional Talent End-to-End Center of Excellence, covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management and Talent Development, deploys corporate processes and initiatives and identifies and implements further innovative solutions tailored to regional requirements from employees and business.

THESE WILL BE YOUR TASKS

#PeopleDevelopment

  1. Help with the development, organization, and preparation of in-house training, workshops, and lunch & learn events.
  2. Coordinate our internal training offerings (on-site or virtual) and manage the training in the Learning Management System.
  3. Analyze training data and feedback to ensure the effectiveness and satisfaction of the offerings.

#Recruiting & Campus

  1. Run quality checks of our Talent Acquisition data and monitor selected KPIs.
  2. Conduct research on the current student landscape, including creating evaluations, statistics, and documentation.
  3. Assist in the planning and organization of our relevant career fairs.

#Internal HR Communication

  1. Participate in the set-up and animation of internal communication channels.

You might support occasionally also the sub-regional HR team for Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Denmark.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  1. You are eager to support us for 15 to 20 hours/week (up to 40 hours/week during semester breaks).
  2. Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies in business administration/economics, business education, sociology, or psychology.
  3. First practical experience through working student activities, internships, or project work is desirable.
  4. High affinity for HR-related topics.
  5. A high degree of organizational strength, initiative, trustworthiness and commitment, as well as enjoyment of teamwork, characterize you.
  6. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  7. Proficient in common MS Office applications, as well as curiosity about IT systems.
