Job description

Tasks

  • Analysis of warranty claims to evaluate commercial and technical aspects for the civil and military fleet
  • Processing and monitoring of warranty claims in the SAP and SAP-SUN system (“end-to-end”)
  • Monitoring of global logistical KPIs and program performance, including financial aspects
  • Cost control throughout the warranty process with strict tracking of all expenses
  • Close collaboration with internal customers and suppliers for efficient case handling
  • Review and negotiation of diagnostic reports and cost estimates with repairers
  • Participation in projects to optimize processes and reduce failure rates
  • Supporting strategic purchasing in contract negotiations to improve warranty conditions

Requirements

  • Degree in aerospace, international management, supply chain / logistics or economics
  • ALTERNATIVE: Completed specialist vocational training with qualified further training as a master craftsman or technician and corresponding specialist additional qualification (e.g. business administrator)
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, aerospace and project management
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions in each case), experience with Google Suite
  • Business fluent in German and English (min. C1), knowledge of French is a great advantage
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
  • Team player with basic technical understanding and a structured way of working
