Agile Coach for development projects (all genders welcome)

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Introduction and further development of agile and hybrid working methods in the development environment
  • Coaching development teams in projects - from backlog creation to review
  • Creating transparency, commitment and effective collaboration, and thus increasing accountability and personal responsibility in the project team
  • Active support in requirements management - always with the customer benefit in mind
  • Implementation of change processes and initiatives for the further development of our project culture by contributing your own ideas and measuring their success
  • Identification of team conflicts and support through constructive solution approaches
  • Creating effective framework conditions for focused, motivated and independent teamwork
  • Taking on your own (organizational) projects to optimize our development processes and formats

What you will bring To become part of the ROSEN family, you need to have strong communication skills, a detailed and solution-oriented way of thinking and innovative methodological skills. An independent and customer-oriented way of working complements your profile. You also have:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or software science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach – ideally in a technical development environment
  • Basic business and technical understanding
  • High methodological competence in the areas of coaching, facilitation and moderation
  • Training as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach desirable
  • Experience in requirements or project management
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
