The Team: You will be part of the Payroll Management product team, comprising about 18 colleagues, reporting to the Head of HR DT Payroll Services. Our team ensures stable, state-of-the-art payroll solutions across Germany, UK, Sweden, and Romania, focusing on user experience and collaboration in a diverse, hybrid work environment.

Your Role:

  • Consult, implement, test, and document technical requirements for SAP HCM Time Management and related interfaces, mainly for Germany, Sweden, UK, and Romania.
  • Ensure stable integration with third-party systems such as time terminals and access management.
  • Support and implement technical changes in projects, including company foundations, carve-outs, or collective agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues, focusing on stability and performance.
  • Contribute to digitalization and AI projects, bringing technical innovation to life.
  • Participate actively in idea generation, innovation, and incident management.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time Management and connected systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Team-oriented with a user-centric approach and results focus.
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support team development.
  • Fluent in English; good German communication skills (spoken and written).
