Senior Presales Consultant - Cloud

We’re looking for a Technical Solution Consultant who combines strong technical depth with excellent communication and commercial acumen. In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective clients from initial contact through to implementation—guiding architecture decisions, demonstrating product value, and ensuring seamless integration into modern CI / CD environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present the platform from a technical perspective to a variety of stakeholders
• Deliver tailored demos to illustrate product capabilities and value
• Address technical questions during sales conversations and proposal development
• Understand client architectures and design optimal integration solutions
• Support onboarding and deliver enablement on how to effectively use the platform

Technical Delivery

• Integrate the platform into client CI / CD environments (with support from the engineering team)
• Support installation and configuration activities
• Modify configuration files and set up secure infrastructure connections (e.g. VPNs)
• Write basic scripts to automate workflows or troubleshoot minor issues
• Stay up to date with modern cloud technologies—ranging from bare metal to containers, orchestration, and application layers

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong technical foundation and communication skills
• Experience in technical pre-sales, IT consulting, customer success, or similar
• Confidence to engage and present to senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, DevOps leads, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of DevOps principles and how modern development pipelines function
• Experience working with Linux-based systems and scripting (e.g. Bash)
• Familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins, Buildbot, or similar
• Proficiency in English (German is a must)
