Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on SMEs and mid-market clients.
  • Consultative Selling : Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement : Provide feedback to internal teams to refine products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs.

Your Profile

  • Experience : 2 - 7 years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attributes : Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Language : Fluent in German.
