(Senior) Software Engineer (m / f / d)

Intro At Credibur, we’re building the most comprehensive debt management platform for non-bank lenders. Our mission is bold: to make it radically easier for originators and lenders to raise and manage debt facilities—so they can focus on building the future of finance. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (m / f / d), who will play a key role in integrating our platform with customer systems—transforming raw data into structured insight and enabling real-world impact in financial services. Tasks

1. Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to gather technical and business requirements
2. Data Mapping & Quality: Analyze customer data and map it to our internal data model; maintain data consistency, integrity, and reliability
3. ETL Development: Design and implement robust data integration pipelines
4. Integration Support: Manage and troubleshoot customer data integrations
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, support, and engineering teams

Requirements

• You’re skilled in Python
• You have experience with ETL pipelines, relational databases, and data modeling
• You’re comfortable with REST APIs
• You’re confident using Git
• You write automated tests to keep things stable
• Nice to have: Experience with Django, Docker, AWS, or basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
• You excel at collaborative, solution-oriented communication in English, especially with customers—listening carefully, understanding needs, and working proactively to deliver results
• You bring a strong attention to detail while staying focused on outcomes, ensuring high-quality, efficient work even in a dynamic environment
• Nice to have: Familiarity with financial services and industry data standards
