Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Knowledge Transfer: Spearhead the exchange of expertise and knowledge, strengthening global cooperation to enhance our processes.
  2. Recipe Creation Collaboration: Work closely with teams to develop and refine recipes, optimizing formulations for maximum efficiency and quality.
  3. Process Parameter Design: Utilize your expertise to design and refine process parameters, optimizing production processes for peak performance.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate on the processing of complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5. LEAN and Ergonomics Optimization: Champion process optimization initiatives under LEAN and ergonomics principles, enhancing productivity and employee well-being.
  6. Digitization and Automation: Participate in the digitization and automation of both manufacturing processes and administrative processes.
  7. Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards and quality requirements throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and excellence in our outputs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Hold a university degree in materials science, chemical engineering or chemistry, with a deep understanding of elastomer chemistry.
  2. Languages: Business Level English & German.
  3. Six Sigma Certification: Hold a Six Sigma green belt or higher, demonstrating your commitment to process improvement and optimization.
  4. Elastomer Processing Experience: Bring hands-on experience in elastomer processing to the table, with a track record of success in optimizing production processes.
  5. Team Player with a 'Hands-On' Mentality: Thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing motivation, commitment, and a proactive 'hands-on' approach to your work.
