At Enter, we aggregate and analyze relevant building data so that homeowners can sustainably reduce their energy costs and increase the value of their property.

Your mission

  1. Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for all roles in assigned teams; develop search strategies to fill vacancies; coach hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  2. Person of Contact: Provide guidance and support to all employees in your teams; lead conflict resolution & feedback sessions; conduct investigations into employee concerns and complaints.
  3. Leadership Support: Partner with team leads within your business areas; provide proactive feedback to improve KPIs and people metrics (e.g., team productivity, engagement, retention); develop & deliver training for team leads on people-related topics.
  4. People Operations: Coach and support HR system users; provide administrative support; contribute to the development and interpretation of HR policies.
  5. People Analytics: Lead insights by connecting feedback and people data; identify gaps; recommend solutions to improve turnover, retention, and engagement trends.
  6. Change Management: Promote positive change; support teams during transformation processes.
  7. Administration: Maintain employee records; manage contractual modifications; oversee absence procedures.
  8. Payroll: Prepare and provide accurate payroll information to external partners.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or psychology with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of German labor law, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR tools like Personio and Leapsome is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with Enter's values and strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to motivate employees and communicate decisions clearly; positive promoter during transformation processes.
