Job Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the design and realization of complex data-driven applications.
  • Contribute to the development of linguistic data processing and NLP pipelines.
  • Develop user interfaces for complex searches on large data collections.
  • Design, review, test and evaluate cutting-edge applications and methods.
  • Write sustainably structured deployable code.
  • Organize work in close collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Demonstrable experience with professional software development, experience with web application frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with the architecture and implementation of linguistic databases.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing.
  • Expertise in Deep Learning and knowledge of query languages is a plus.
  • MA/BA/MSc Degree or proven working experience in Computational/Corpus Linguistics, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Excellent command of English, good command of German is a plus.
