For our Transformation division, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a Senior Consultant Oracle Transport Management (w/m/d).

What to Expect

• Requirements Analysis – Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and transport needs.
• Solution Design – Conduct (Fit-to-Standard) workshops to configure and adapt OTM modules to business processes, including creating detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Workshop Planning – Coordinate preparations for system demonstrations to showcase standard OTM functionalities.
• Implementation – Support the implementation of selected user stories, including documentation and test script creation.
• Client Interaction – Develop training materials for end-users and clients on OTM functionalities and best practices, update these regularly after testing, and enable client staff.

What You Bring

• A very good Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in supply chain, OTM solution design, requirements analysis, functional design, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Initial knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, especially Oracle TM, and experience in implementing target processes using standard OTM features.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams on interface design, development, and testing.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility.
