Your Role in Our Team:

• Continuous analysis, optimization, and development of processes in development and design departments
• Participation and coordination of projects on process optimization and digital transformation
• Development of digital workflows, tools, specifications, and documentation
• Monitoring interfaces and optimizing existing tools
• Training new employees and documenting processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Completed training as a IT specialist in application development or technical product designer, or relevant experience with further education in IT or mechanical engineering
• Alternatively, a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or business administration with experience in digitalization or process management
• Experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering is advantageous, including for entry-level candidates
• Strong analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented thinking
• Proficiency with IT software (SAP, Microsoft Office), basic knowledge of MS Power Apps, and databases (e.g., SQL)
