Tasks and Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop strategies within the Market to increase Pouch Volumes.
• Support the Sales team in creating a pipeline and selecting the right projects with high success probability.
• Coordinate the creation of effective proposals to win in the market, aligning between Markets and Pouch CoE.
• Be the expert on solutions during critical customer meetings.
• Facilitate communication between Sales and Pouch CoE.
• Maintain flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities.
• Provide feedback from all functions and gather inputs from markets to develop suitable products.
• Create a successful team and develop talent for future succession.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in Pouch solutions or similar technology.
• Proven success in driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
• Experience with European Business
• Outstanding team-building skills with the ability to enhance interaction and efficiency, and to break down barriers/silos.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Business-level proficiency in English and German.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
