Junior IT Product Manager

To strengthen their team, they are looking for a high-potential (Junior) IT Product Manager with excellent analytical and conceptual skills, along with a hands-on mentality.
Requirements:
- Degree in economics, mathematics-technical, or IT focus
- Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize with challenging technical issues
- Initial professional experience in a similar field (online industry or e-commerce)
- Basic knowledge of business intelligence is an advantage
- Analytical, structured working style with high solution and detail orientation
- Hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and team enjoyment
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Designing, specifying, and developing intelligent, flexible backend systems for process automation and customer-facing features
- Ensuring high-quality and reliable implementation through detailed system planning
- Collaborating with IT teams, analysts, and management
- Establishing and continuously developing data quality and price attractiveness comparisons
- Expanding product strategy and creating the technical product roadmap
- Ensuring product functionality, quality assurance, and testing
- Flexible working time model: four days in-office, one day flexible from home or office
