Business Analyst Sales Technology Insurance (m / f / d)

- You will be responsible for the analysis, development, implementation and documentation of business processes (sales campaigns, target market analysis, ad-hoc analysis)
- You analyze and create CX processes
- In the medium term, you will assume technical responsibility for the replacement of CRM Sales (ADITO)
- You have partial application responsibility for Qlik Sense
- You will be responsible for maintaining existing sales systems and adapting them to new circumstances, e.g. installing new tariffs or complying with changes in legislation
- Your tasks include the conception, design, training and presentation of new sales systems, especially in the area of CRM applications
- You will create guidelines and manuals within the sales support systems and support the sales department with relevant documents, in particular presentations
- You enjoy providing assistance with current IT problems for employees in the Marketing, Own Sales and Partner Sales departments
- You coordinate, support and manage projects
- Completed degree in business administration, economics or comparable training
- Professional experience in the marketing or insurance technology environment
- Project experience, good knowledge of process management
- Product knowledge in the life, composite and investment sectors is desirable
- Very good knowledge of data analysis and its preparation (SQL / Qlik Sense)
- Knowledge of CRM, especially with BSI, is an advantage
- Confident manner, negotiating skills, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus
- Independent and team-oriented way of working
- Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel on business, high level of commitment and willingness to undergo further training
