Role: Workplace Operations Principal Coordinator

Workplace Operations Principal Coordinators are responsible for enabling and ensuring the delivery of the Workplace Promise & User Experience Standards through the delivery of quality-assured Workplace operational services to designated offices.

They manage the Arcadis Team and contractors within their portfolio to deliver an exceptional workplace experience with high user satisfaction. They report to the Workplace Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist.

  • Enabling services such as Procurement, Technology, Finance, ESG, SHEQ
  • Landlord operational contacts

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure delivery of workplace operations aligned with the Workplace Promise, User Experience Standards, and SOPs.
  2. Deliver all FM & workplace admin services across the portfolio, including self-delivery as needed.
  3. Provide coaching, support, and guidance to team members.
  4. Monitor finances, manage budgets, report, and address variances.
  5. Manage performance reports and KPIs for the office portfolio.
  6. Support audit programs and address non-conformities.
  7. Manage local suppliers to meet job and contract requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, sustainability, and security standards, liaising with SHEQ functions.
  9. Maintain adherence to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and Arcadis standards.
  10. Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure effective workplace services.
  11. Support team development, innovation, and continuous improvement activities.
  12. Assist with workplace projects and ensure effective emergency and crisis response.

Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge:

  • Experience in FM / Workplace practices and environments.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and environmental compliance activities.
  • Experience managing FM Workplace contractors.

Skills and Attributes:
