Together with your cross-functional team, you’ll build a highly efficient product that ensures the heating and energy assets of our customers are maintained regularly and repaired quickly. This will include a self-service product for our customers, modern communication channels like chat or WhatsApp, and the use of AI co-pilots and AI agents. We want to provide a customer experience that is a clear differentiator in the market.
Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for our (field) service team, ensuring customers receive smooth maintenance and fast repairs while our service technicians work with maximum efficiency.
Identify opportunities and pilot new ideas quickly to maximize impact.
Guide a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and designers to discover and deliver highly efficient solutions, including leveraging AI technologies.
Work with service leadership to standardize processes and ensure high adoption of your solutions.
Ensure end-to-end integration of your product into our platform workflows.
Measure success through resolution time and customer satisfaction, collect user feedback, and continuously seek improvements.
At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record, ideally in service or operations-related topics.
Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Initial experience with AI co-pilots and agents, with a strong willingness to apply AI technologies to streamline business operations.
Experience in standardizing and automating operational processes with high efficiency and best practices.
Data-driven approach with the ability to measure impact and use insights for decision-making.
Strong commitment to problem-solving and driving measurable business outcomes.
Ability to influence and align key business partners on product roadmaps and features.
Appreciation for velocity and quick iteration to deliver early value and learn fast.
Minimum C1 level of German proficiency.
