We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Product Management Team in Krailling (hybrid working possible).

Your Mission

• Lead the development of our product portfolio vision and strategy, fostering innovation within our product management team.
• Engineer tailored solutions aligned with EOS market focuses, ensuring impactful products.
• Define clear product requirements that deliver value and differentiate us in the market.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps with program management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies for the polymer portfolio with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

Your Talents

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar, with additional business qualification.
• Over 10 years of experience in serial manufacturing, especially as a product manager in a solution-oriented B2B environment.
• Experience in Additive Manufacturing is advantageous.
• Proficiency with product management tools and methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional, virtual teams and implementing corrective actions for innovative solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills, familiarity with modern organizational structures, fluency in German and English.
