Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and lead the implementation of Vistex modules for large SAP projects or rollouts, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
2. Act as the primary solution contact for clients, addressing escalations, clarifying design issues, and managing scope to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
3. Coach and train a team of functional consultants, providing guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Conduct requirements workshops, develop detailed designs and process flows, and secure client approval on blueprints and documentation.
5. Stay engaged with new Vistex features and market trends, incorporating innovative solutions into projects to maintain expertise.
6. Identify and present additional revenue opportunities within ongoing projects to the client partner or project manager, driving growth and alignment with client goals.
7. Understand Vistex software functionality and map customer requirements to the solution.
