FCO_Project Manager (m/w/d)

Karlsruhe FREQUENTIS Comsoft GmbH - Full Time Position

Key Tasks

1. Manage strategic, complex international projects for the implementation of country-wide ATM systems.
2. Ensure the success of these projects in terms of time, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Lead and motivate project teams within a matrix organization.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
5. Manage subcontractors and partners involved in the projects.
6. Support the sales department in preparing offers and take responsibility for project planning.
7. Willingness to travel worldwide.

Key Qualifications

1. Several years of experience managing complex, international customer projects; a degree in business administration or technical studies is preferred.
2. Business fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
3. Experience in the aviation sector is desirable.
4. Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) and experience in setting up and leading project organizations.
