Role – Senior Consultant / Technical Consultant

Job Description:

Your Role:

In the role of Technical Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Required:

1. At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/On-premise.
2. More than 5 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
3. Working knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
4. Experience in leading a Team.
5. Experience in PowerApps.
6. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
7. Very good knowledge of written and spoken German.

Preferred:

1. Planning and Prioritization skills.
2. Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
3. Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
4. Management experience is a plus.
