Your Job

• Support the oversight of UW outsourced activities and controls over the value chain (underwriting/ pricing/product design)
• Work with the team to act as the interface between the Underwriting and Products team and the business units in relation to Delegated Authority business, including support and coordination of product development, data requirements, policy design, and regulatory feedback, as well as broader strategic direction
• Support in the measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the underwriting oversight framework
• Support the assessment of the adequacy of underwriting processes and controls to keep operational risks within the risk appetite and meet regulatory requirements
• Participate in quarterly meetings with business units to discuss performance and review actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and outsourced parties to review and redesign underwriting oversight activities

Your Profile

• Experience in Underwriting, Product management, Audit, Operational Risk Management, or similar; a relevant degree is beneficial
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboards and analytics tools
• Knowledge of Munich Re Group organization is a plus
• Passion for underwriting oversight goals and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication skills in German and English
