Project Manager (f/m/d) Application Engineering Air Springs

Responsibilities:

• Main project contact for customer and internally
• Defines and scopes the project correctly (goals, timeline, customer expectations, limitations and constraints, resource)
• Leads the project team through each phase of the project
• Ensures convergence with project objectives: all project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget + maintain and control schedule, financials, resources, changes
• Keeps the balance between the project constraints and deliver customer satisfaction
• Identifies, assesses and resolves risks proactively, manages the escalation process in order to treat critical project risks with appropriate support
• Transfers acquired knowledge/best practices in the organization
• Understands and utilizes the following tools: Teamcenter, MS office, Multi Project Board, Customer project management portal

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor/master degree in engineering or another technical subject
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an automotive industry
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and never lose sight of the customer satisfaction and project success
• We are looking for a teamplayer who is passionate about the project and product and who is able transfer this to all involved colleagues and functions
• You are able to communicate business fluently in German and English
