We seek a technically skilled individual with a strong development background, especially in integrations, to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role emphasizes development expertise, particularly with iPaaS tools, to build and maintain integrations and plugins, ensuring top-tier support, enhanced product functionality, and solving complex integration challenges.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a key member of the Customer Care team, leveraging your development expertise in software development, integrations, Enterprise Architecture, security, and iPaaS tools.
- Assist customers as a product expert with a strategic and development-oriented mindset and high customer-service orientation.
- Support customers with complex integrations, utilizing iPaaS platforms to connect systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, ADP, etc.
- Develop and maintain seamless integrations with other systems and apps, including identity management and SaaS products.
- Advise customers on best practices for leveraging Staffbase APIs, SDKs, and iPaaS tools for custom integrations and plugins.
- Provide technical guidance, develop solutions, and create documentation focusing on iPaaS implementations.
- Manage support tickets related to integrations and plugins, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Handle high-priority customer issues, ensuring excellent service.
- Collaborate with technical teams in developing and troubleshooting integrations and plugins.
- Work with the after-sales team to develop optimal integration setups.
- Support technical architects with project-driven development, especially regarding iPaaS and custom plugins.
- Improve internal processes for development efficiency in creating and managing integrations and plugins.
- Participate in product discussions, providing insights on integration and plugin capabilities.
What you need to be successful
- Interest in working strategically with clients, with a passion for development and integration technologies.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills for business solutions and technical concepts.
- Experience working with sales, success teams, consultants, and system integrators on development tasks.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in technical support, development, or engineering roles.
- Knowledge of web design and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Broad knowledge of web development languages such as TypeScript, Java, PHP, NodeJS.
- Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, React, Express.js.
- Understanding of enterprise-grade technologies like SSO, Active Directory, SAML, APIs.
- Comfort with command line and logs for troubleshooting.
- Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Workday, Okta, ADP, HRIS) is a plus.
- Experience with iPaaS development is a plus.
- Knowledge of security and compliance in SaaS environments is a plus.
