As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. Key responsibilities of the role :

1. Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell-out.
2. Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Control costs and manage store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rotas.
4. Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans.
5. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.
6. Assist with team training and share product knowledge.
7. Recruit and induct high-caliber team members who have a passion for all things denim.
8. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
9. Successfully manage and develop your team, with a proven track record in retail management.
10. Experience in driving KPIs and controlling costs within a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
12. Manage store operations, stock, and administrative duties effectively.
