Your Responsibilities

• Consulting & Development: Provide application technology consulting on raw materials and additives for the pasta industry
• Formulation & Ingredients: Develop new recipes, select relevant raw materials, document formulations, interpret test results and derive practical application and process-related recommendations
• Innovation Management: Screen new raw materials, particularly enzymes and colorants for pasta products
• Practical Testing & Analysis: Produce test samples using pilot plants and conduct texture and color measurements
• Industrial Trials & Customer Support: Oversee large-scale production trials at customer sites
• Training & Seminars: Conduct internal and external training sessions
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct quality assurance testing
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in food technology, food engineering, or food science
• Experience in industrial pasta or bakery production, as well as in product development
• Passion for scientific and laboratory work
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer presentations, large-scale trials, and seminars
• Strong customer orientation and intercultural competence
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
