Position Summary:
We are seeking aRegional Technical Sales Managerto oversee B2B sales acrossGermany, with responsibility for bothindustrialandautomotiveclients. This is a fully remote, field-based role ideal for a dynamichunter-type sales professionaleager to develop new business opportunities and deliver technical value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development across Germany, focusing on new client acquisition (majority hunting, minority farming)
- Deliver technical product presentations, consultations, and customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with industrial and automotive stakeholders
- Coordinate offers, pricing, and project requirements with internal teams
- Conduct client visits and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Document pipeline activity, customer interactions, and market trends
Candidate Profile:
- Location:Open within Germany; must be willing to travel extensively
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales (industrial or automotive sectors preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business
- A motivated, independenthunter profilewith strong customer orientation
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Comfort with technical products or industrial components is a strong plus
