Job Description

Your Tasks

• Procurement of purchased parts and services according to specifications
• Support of strategic purchasing in negotiations
• Order processing and monitoring delivery deadlines
• Initiating measures in the event of supply bottlenecks
• Inventory monitoring and requirements analysis
• Maintenance of master data and invoice verification
• Process optimization to improve costs and quality

This position is temporary for 2 years.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in purchasing
• Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Communicative personality with negotiating skills and a structured way of working
• Reliability, willingness to take responsibility and team spirit
