Job Overview

We seek a multidisciplinary Data Centre Solutions Architect to design, develop, and deliver innovative data centre solutions across various industries.

Core Responsibilities

1. Consult with clients: Understand their IT infrastructure needs, challenges, and objectives. Analyze requirements and tailor data centre solutions accordingly.
2. Solution design: Utilize your expertise in white space, power, cooling, thermal management, and the latest IT/data centre technologies to create scalable solutions.
3. Technology expertise: Recommend and implement industry-standard hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions (e.g., EN50600, Uptime Institute’s Tier Certification).
4. Communication: Present complex technical concepts clearly to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
5. Networking and collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders and seek new opportunities and partnerships.
6. Solution development: Identify gaps and collaborate with regional and global teams to improve and launch new solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar in the data centre industry.
• Proven success in designing and managing data centre projects; experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Deep understanding of data centre concepts and latest IT infrastructure technologies.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Knowledge of industry standards (EN50600, Uptime Institute, C-Net’s CDCDP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
