We are seeking to hire at our Heidenheim location:

Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Managing the general ledger
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Creating provisions, accruals, and performing various reconciliations
• Preparing weekly cash planning
• Monitoring financings of ongoing and upcoming projects
• Preparing VAT pre-registration and annual VAT returns
• Handling tasks related to credit management, including credit insurance notifications and applications
• Representing in accounts receivable, including bank bookings and credit note creation
• Collaborating closely with other departments such as accounts payable, receivables, and controlling
• Participating in projects

Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter
• Excellent HGB accounting knowledge
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Good SAP skills (Module FI)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Meticulous work style, independent and structured approach
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and initiative
