As a Marketing Specialist at Nuvisan, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services, with a focus on digital channels (including website & LinkedIn) and Nuvisan's volunteer recruitment efforts. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness and patient recruitment within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads, volunteers, and customers. As a strong communicator, you will maintain constant exchange and close alignment with other functions, particularly our volunteer recruitment and business development teams. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, flexibility to support various marketing and communication activities (offline, content creation, communication), and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on volunteer recruitment.
- Manage and oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, newsletters, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google), with an emphasis on volunteer recruitment.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient recruitment efforts.
- Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer and volunteer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Management/Corporate Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective team communication and collaboration skills.
- Business fluency in German and English.
- Enthusiasm and initial experience in the pharmaceutical or medical environment is desirable.
