Validation Engineer EMC/ET (d/m/f)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible Project Lead of projects regarding EMC and ET in all phases of the product life cycle (PLC)
2. Definition, allocation and tracking of work packages to Design Consultancy, Simulation and Test System Development
3. EMC / ET service cost estimation based on requirements (OEM and international standards)
4. Test Plan development as well as Test scheduling respecting the project plan deadlines and requirements
5. Test result evaluation and report generation for engineering tests as well as communication to all relevant stakeholders in case of issues including initiation of failure analysis
6. Close cooperation with EMC & ET Test Laboratory
7. Maintenance of project data and results in tools/databases as well as creation and implementation of Lessons Learned

Your profile:

1. University Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the field of EMC and/or Electrical test
2. Or completed technical vocational training with many years of professional experience in the field of EMC and/or electrical test and completed additional qualification as a technician
3. Project management experience, especially in the role as project lead, desirable
4. Good knowledge of EMC standards and norms
5. Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Business fluent German and English language skills written and spoken
7. Independent, structured and analytical way of working
8. Very good communication skills, team player mentality and openness to engage in new topics
