Responsibilities:

• Research, create, and edit short-form written prompts ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines for voice and creativity.
• Develop conversation flows for smooth and logical user interactions.
• Contribute to improving our speech system, including dialogues on various topics, even controversial ones.
• Analyze and evaluate short-form content for correctness and style compliance.
• Generate and assess suggested prompts and responses.
• Ensure tone aligns with brand voice and target audience.

What we expect:

• Ability to work on-site in Essen
• Work permit for Germany
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum B2 English proficiency and fluency in Persian
• Strong language, grammar, and style skills
• Ability to create engaging prompts and scenarios
• Analyze user data to improve interactions
• Ability to work independently
