Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented Buyer (m / f / d) with strong negotiation skills and experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an international and production-oriented environment. A proactive team player with solid ERP knowledge and a keen interest in shaping future procurement processes.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and localizing new suppliers and alternative products in close collaboration with R&D.
• Leading price negotiations and concluding contracts with suppliers.
• Handling import processes and managing material disposition.
• Providing statistical data and procurement-related insights to management and cross-functional departments.
• Processing purchase orders and performing invoice verification.
• Maintaining pricing and conditions in the ERP system in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Supporting basic controlling tasks within the procurement area.

Who are You?

You are a motivated and reliable professional with a passion for procurement and a hands-on mentality. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international enviornment and contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes.

What competencies will you need?

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing and international setting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured way of working.
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good working knowledge of ERP systems.
