Job Description:

We are looking for a Hardware Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Avnet Integrated Solutions Team, with the possibility of working across the EMEA region.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Drive Datacenter business with existing and new customers on Infrastructure, Server, Network, and Storage Solutions for the EMEA region, in close cooperation with Account Managers and the Business Development Team.
• Implement a Go-To-Market strategy, identify, develop, and validate new business opportunities.
• Build and extend strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Understand customer goals and objectives, and communicate how our offerings meet their needs.
• Participate in all phases of regional planning and execution, from discovery to technical win.
• Position Avnet Integrated as a preferred Technology and System Solution Partner.

Your Profile

• Over 3 years of experience in Enterprise Products and Software (Windows, RHEL, VMware, etc.).
• Experience in the relevant market for over 3 years.
• Over 3 years of experience supporting sales activities.
• Experience as a technical or solution architect is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Datacenter Infrastructure, Server, Network, and Storage Solutions.
• A team player with initiative and strong communication skills.
• Passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
• Up-to-date with the latest technologies is advantageous.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, and Visio.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
• Valid driving license and international passport.
