We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and lead its recruiting strategy and hiring execution.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on driving hiring plans, optimizing recruitment performance, and leading a growing TA team, and get the opportunity to contribute to various cross-functional people initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute scalable hiring strategies to meet headcount goals across functions
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and translate priorities into action
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding — including hiring for senior roles yourself
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team (currently 3 FTE)
  • Ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience across the entire recruitment funnel

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including some experience in a leadership role
  • Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — ideally Ashby
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data and KPIs to improve hiring outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlinoffice of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
